If you have a smart home appliance that's paired with the Home Connect app, you can take advantage of our exclusive remote diagnostics service. It's able to quickly resolve minor issues from afar or pre-diagnose a problem so the Bosch engineer can bring the required spare parts to your repair visit.

For our customer service team to support you best, please do the following before calling:
- Verify your appliance supports remote diagnostics and is paired with the Home Connect app.
- Double check that your appliance is plugged in.
- Make sure you have a Wi-Fi connection during your call.
- Have the product's E-Number at hand.
Pro tip: To find the E-number of a paired product, go to "Product details" in the Home Connect app. There you can also check if your product is compatible with remote diagnostics.
