1. To enjoy the free health check service (limited to 45mins), customer must call our customer care hotline to book an appointment. It is valid for 6 months from the last repair date of the same appliance.

2. The service includes detailed assessment of your appliance’s condition to ensure it is in working order.

3. In the event that a spare part is needed or a need to use our clean & care products, a 15% discount is given. Parts maybe replaced at the next appointment date if they are not available.

4. Promotion is limited to appliances that are out of manufacturer's warranty and not covered under extended warranty.

5. Limited to customers residing at Klang Valley.

6. Promotion period is valid till 31st March 2025 (as the last appointment date).
