General Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

1. Bosch Christmas and New Year Specials ("Campaign") is organised by BSH Home Appliances Sdn. Bhd.("Organiser").

2. The Campaign is a redemption promotion and is open to all Malaysia citizens aged eighteen (18) years old and above at the time of entry with valid identification documents to be provided when requested by the Organiser. Each a "Participant" and collectively, the "Participants".

Campaign Period

3. The Campaign period will commence from 15 NOVEMBER 2024 – 7 FEBRUARY 2025 (both dates inclusive) ("Campaign Period"). All entries must be submitted and received latest by 21 FEBRUARY 2025 to participate in this Campaign. Entry received after 21 FEBRUARY 2025 will not be accepted and disqualified automatically.

Participation Mechanics

4. Purchase selected Bosch home appliances only at the selected authorised dealers (including online and offline retail stores in Malaysia) of the Organiser. For the purpose of clarification, purchase of Bosch power tools will not be eligible to participate in this Campaign.

5. Scan the QR code on the brochure, complete the submission form and attach a picture of your receipt.

6. The Organiser will verify and validate each submission of the Participants, and arrange delivery of the free gifts.

7. Any individual(s) purchases each of Bosch home appliances during the Campaign Period shall be entitled to one (1) free gift redemption entry only.

8. The free gift redemptions offered by the Organiser are as follows:

The redemption period of the free gifts is valid from 15 NOVEMBER 2024 – 7 FEBRUARY 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Redemption Period”) and is based on a first come first serve and while stock last. All participation form submitted before and after the Redemption Period or Campaign Period will not be acceptable and disqualified automatically by the Organiser.Delivery of the free gifts will be made within 4 to 8 weeks from the Organiser's receipt and verified the Participant's participation form and Redemption Documents.

9. For the purpose of redemption of the free gifts, each Participant shall provide the original purchase receipt and/or other relevant documents which clearly shows the purchased of Bosch home appliance during the Campaign Period (collectively called the "Redemption Documents") to the Organiser. Redemption Documents submitted before and after the Redemption Period or Campaign Period will not beacceptable and disqualified automatically by the Organiser.

10. The Participant(s) shall fill in and complete the participation form(s) in full e.g. identifying the name, postal address, contact telephone number, email address, and the purchased of Bosch home appliance product's model number, serial number, invoice/receipt number, as well as name and location of the store where the purchase was made. Incomplete form and/or Redemption Documents provided by the Participants shall be rejected and disqualified by the Organiser.

11. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any free gifts shown on the form with another gifts of similar value,at any time without prior notice. All free gifts are redeemable on a first come first serve, while stock last and "as is where is" basis. The free gifts are not exchangeable for cash, credit transferable, other items or voucher in part or in full.

12. All images and artwork used for the Campaign are for illustration purposes only.

Other terms and Conditions

13. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred or to be incurred to participate in this Campaign are the sole responsibility of the Participants.

14. Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, personal injury, loss and damage, claim or accidents, death resulting from their participation in this Campaign and/or utilization of the free gifts and agree to release and hold the Organiser free and harmless of any liability whatsoever directly and/or indirectly incur or to be incurred in connection from this Campaign.

15. By participating in this Campaign, each Participant hereby agree to provide their personal information and the Organizer reserves the right to publish, use the participant's name and/or picture (if any) for the purpose of publicity, advertising and/or trade without compensation or further notice and each participant have no right to make any claim for such use.

16. By participating in this Campaign, each Participant agrees to provide personal data and/or information to theOrganizer or verification, contact, products delivery and/or services. All Participants understand and agree that the Organiser may collect, use and/or disclose the Participant personal data and/or information provided for promotional and marketing activities via email, push notification and/or SMS, administration, feedback, surveys, market research, delivery & installation of products by the Organiser’s service providers or independent contractors, maintenance tips for products, individualised services, culinary events purpose and/or disclose to the Organiser's related corporations in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. The Participant further agrees to BSH's terms and conditions set out at https://www.bosch-home.com.my/metapages/privacy for more information, please visit website at https://www.bosch-home.com.my A Participant may withdraw his or her consent to provide the Participant's personal data and/or information at any time by notice in writing to BSH data protection officer(s) at bshpet.service@bshg.com and/or sgr_v_dpo@bshg.com.

17. The Organiser reserve its rights to amend, vary, modify, change, suspend, cancel, extend or delete any terms and conditions of this Campaign at any time without prior notice and any dispute arising out of this Campaign, the decision made by the Organiser shall be final and binding on the parties of the dispute. The Organiser shall not be held liable to compensate and/or indemnify the Participants in any manner whatsoever in connection with this Campaign directly and/or indirectly.
